Bowie & Hulbert

Bowie & Hulbert is situated in the heart of Hay on Wye next to the historic 16th century Buttermarket.

The gallery specialises in contemporary tableware from leading UK makers - Keeler, Casson, Hamlyn, Pollex as well as jewellery from some of the UK's most exciting and innovative makers.

It's partner gallery, Brook Street Pottery, just a stone's throw from the town centre hosts 4 exhibitions per year in conjunction with the gallery in Market Street and itself specialises in contemporary terracotta for the garden which is made on the premises.

Both galleries run 'collectorplan' - an interest free loan scheme for purchasing works of art, administered by the Arts Council of Wales.
